Humble Farmer Chandrasekar and Rajeswari’ daughter from Nandavanampalayam has achieved something truly remarkable. Her journey was not easy, but her resilience has brought pride not only to her family but to her entire district.

In the recently conducted UPSC exam 2024, held in the month of May, Mohana Deepika appeared for the preliminary examination along with other aspirants. Later, in the month of September 20,2024, the mains examination commenced. UPSC CSE final results were declared in the month of April,2025 for the aspirants who has cleared the examination.

She has been called to the festivity conducted by Honorable CM MK Stalin, Tamil Nadu to celebrate success, where she said, the ‘Naan Mudhalvan Scheme’ of Govt of Tamil Nadu has been very beneficial to student like her belonging from small village and poor family and supported her to achieve this big. Further said, ‘students like her should enroll for such exams and achieve success is one of her desires’.
Exam Structure:
The UPSC CSE is a three-stage exam:
1. Prelims:
This is a qualifying stage that consists of two objective-type papers (General Studies and CSAT).
2. Mains:
This is a written examination that consists of nine papers, including General Studies (GS I-IV), compulsory Indian language, English, Essay, and two optional subjects.
3. Personality Test (Interview):
This is the final stage where candidates are evaluated on their personality, communication skills, and suitability for civil services.
UPSC Notification 2025: Released on January 22, 2025, announcing 979 vacancies.
Online Application:
Open from January 22, 2025, to February 11, 2025.
Upcoming Examination date:
- UPSC Prelims Exam: Scheduled for May 25, 2025.
- UPSC Mains Exam: Starting on August 22, 2025.
- UPSC Interview: The date for the interview will be announced after the Mains results.
Minimum Qualification:
Graduation from a recognized university.
